Refund policy
- Lesson credit is prepaid for tutoring services with OneTutor.
- A lesson cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice is returned to your credit automatically. Cancellations with less notice, or missed lessons, may not be refundable.
- You may request a refund of your unused credit at any time using the form below. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment card, typically within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds apply only to unused credit. Credit already spent on completed lessons is non-refundable.
